Every staff member in the regular day school is expected to provide the boarders with extra special attention. The class teacher,
in particular, takes a personal interest in the boarders within their class, regularly checking on them, and maintaining
communication with the respective house parent for both routine and non-routine matters. Any communication, whether initiated
by the class teacher, house parent, or another staff member, is promptly addressed and actioned.
Besides their responsibilities during regular school hours, the residential staff, both teaching and non-teaching, also provide
care and supervision during the various activities throughout the day and week when the boarders require active support.
On weekends, specific groups of residential staff members are assigned duties that they share with the house parents.
